It’s lightweight and cool and the crinkle pattern is so elegant it works for anything - work, shopping, travel, lunch or dinner, with flats or heels or even go boho with boots and a colorful blouse. 100% polyester 31" long Size L - but one size fit's many - it's labeled L but the soft, stretchy elastic waist laid flat is only 21" around and very stretchy. I bought it for me and I'm size 6 but it would work if your waist is smaller or bigger than that. My mannequin is a size 4 and it looks great on her.
